CLIENT CHARTER STRATEGIC DEPARTMENT

  • Counter services for all transactions will be attended to within five (5) minutes.

  • Decisions from the Jawatankuasa Pengurusan Universiti (JKPU) meetings will be issued within three (3) working days after the meeting is confirmed.

  • UPSI’s Annual Report will be prepared no later than June of the following year.

  • UPSI’s collaboration network statistics will be uploaded to the department’s website every four (4) months.

  • Complaint responses must be provided within one (1) working day to inform the complainant that their issue has been acknowledged and will be resolved.
