Counter services for all transactions will be attended to within five (5) minutes.
Decisions from the Jawatankuasa Pengurusan Universiti (JKPU) meetings will be issued within three (3) working days after the meeting is confirmed.
UPSI’s Annual Report will be prepared no later than June of the following year.
UPSI’s collaboration network statistics will be uploaded to the department’s website every four (4) months.
Complaint responses must be provided within one (1) working day to inform the complainant that their issue has been acknowledged and will be resolved.
